Parker GVM

Parker’s SMART Electrification portfolio features a scalable range of high-performance permanent magnet AC motors designed for use in on-road and off-road applications, including traction, pump control and generator functions.  Parker’s mobile PMAC motor range is operable with battery systems from 24 to 850 VDC (nominal) and includes industry-standard traction and pump mounts.

Parker’s GVM Power Series mobile permanent-magnet AC motor (PMAC) meets the difficult requirements of vehicle traction, generator and mobile pump control applications with a high efficiency, power dense and scalable design. Utilizing advanced magnetics, the GVM achieves peak efficiencies not found in other designs, with a patent-pending cooling system that minimizes size and weight while offering a wide performance range. Tested to SAE J1455 standards, the GVM is robust enough for demanding on- and off-road applications.

The torque density and speed capabilities of Parker Permanent Magnet AC motors (PMAC) combined with a voltage matched inverter provide breakthrough performance in a variety of vehicle platforms. The GVM is a powerful choice for both on and off-road vehicles, engineered for Traction, Electro-hydraulic Pumps (EHP) and auxiliary applications.
