ETP is committed to sustainable oceans

In our everyday work, ETP focuses on reducing climate impact through the electrification of mobile machinery. But to us, sustainability is about more than technology and emissions alone. Taking responsibility for the environment we operate in – both on land and at sea – is just as important.

Last week, we left the office behind to join CleanSea in a beach clean-up along Sweden’s west coast. Together, we removed 120 kilograms of plastic and waste from the shoreline. Just as importantly, it was a day that encouraged teamwork, reflection and meaningful conversations about environmental responsibility and the future.

Did you know that every hour, the equivalent of five bathtubs of plastic waste washes ashore in Bohuslän alone? If this trend continues, plastic in our oceans could outweigh fish within the next 25 years.
