When our sister company HydX invited customers to this year’s Tech Days at Danfoss Power Solutions in Nordborg, Denmark, we were naturally there. Together with participants from across Sweden, we took part in an engaging programme focused on technology, sustainability and the drive systems shaping the future.
Over three intensive days, the challenges and opportunities facing the industry were in sharp focus, with strong emphasis on collaborative solutions to meet future demands for energy efficiency and sustainability. Participants shared experiences from a wide range of applications and industries, and many valuable perspectives were raised on how new technologies can be used to optimise machine performance, reduce environmental impact and create smarter system solutions.
One thing became clear: future development is driven by collaboration. By combining hydraulics, electronics and software, entirely new possibilities are emerging for the next generation of machines.
Bringing together so much expertise and experience in one place creates great opportunities for learning and development. For us, it was inspiring to contribute with our latest solutions in electrification and battery operation and show how we can reduce emissions while increasing performance.

The programme included both factory visits and lectures. ETP presented solutions in battery operation and electrification, where developments in high voltage are opening the door to electrify even more demanding applications – both mobile and marine.
"We are seeing a clear increase in demand for electrified solutions, driven by climate targets, new regulations and customers' own ambitions. It is clear that the transition is accelerating in many industries, and together with Danfoss Editron, we have many exciting electrification projects that will be launched next year," says David Hansson.
Tech Days is a concept that demonstrates the power of collaboration – between suppliers, customers and technology partners. For us at ETP, it is also an opportunity to make new contacts, exchange experiences and look ahead to a more sustainable future.
We leave Nordborg with many new insights, exciting ideas and a strong sense that development is moving forward – together.
With nearly 50 years of experience developing solutions for mobile machinery, we understand what it takes to succeed. Partnering with ETP makes the transition easier – and the solution better. Contact or follow us to find out more.
